Are forms really free?

Yes. Published forms are free to share and collect submissions. The $50/month is for access to the drag-and-drop builder where you create and manage forms. Automation clients get 2 forms included automatically.

What's included in the first-month money-back guarantee?

If you're not happy with the service during your first month, just let us know before the month ends and we'll refund you in full.

Do you need access to my passwords?

Usually no. We prefer secure access methods (invites, OAuth, scoped keys) whenever possible. If you need help with any of these things, we can walk you through step by step getting everything set up.

Can I combine services?

Absolutely. Many clients use automation + a managed website, or automation + the form builder. Automation packages already include 2 forms, and everything works together seamlessly.
